Vague idea: is it possible to specify the Move => LowLevelMove translation in a low-code way. Possibly even partially supported by #3? A declarative language for specifying how Moves work might be easier to author and, in particular, might make it possible to crowdsource that work somewhat as well as letting users add their own moves.

... but need to think about what such a language would look like to figure out of this really makes sense.
